REFUND POLICY

ATTENTION! You can only RETURN products purchased in the www.setinstone.lt online store. Goods purchased in physical stores CANNOT be returned, following the procedure of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Goods purchased in physical stores can be exchanged for other goods of the same price group or more expensive within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods, in compliance with the requirements listed below.

1. RETURN OF GOODS

1.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On approval of rules for return and exchange of items".

1.2. The buyer can return goods purchased ONLINE:

*On the nearest store of Trollbeads. Please note that in this case, the employees of the of the store can ONLY accept your returned goods, but the entire amount of the returned order belonging to the buyer will be returned to the bank account within 1-6 days.

*By sending the return via registered mail to: UAB Trollbeads Baltics, Partizanų str. 75K, Kaunas, LT-50308.

*By sending the return via courier to the address: UAB Trollbeads Baltics, Partizanų str. 75K, Kaunas, LT-50308.

*By sending the return via pick-up station (Omniva) to the address: Partizanų str. 134, Kaunas LT-55513.

1.3 Costs for returning good quality goods are paid by the buyer.

1.4. In order to return the product(s), the Buyer can do so within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods.

1.5. The returned item must be in a neat package, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (intact labels, inspection seals, etc.). When returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document (invoice) and a completed return form (you can download it here).

1.6. When returning a quality product, only the amount of money paid for the product is returned to the Buyer within 1-6 days. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer.

1.7. When returning the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace such product with the required product. If the required product is not available, the Buyer will receive a full refund (for the product and the actual shipping costs incurred).

1.8. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a similar product or refund the Buyer.

1.9. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with these rules 1.4. - 1.5 the procedures for returning the goods established in points or it is determined that the goods are not damaged by the factory.

1.10. NON-RETURNABLE GOODS: jewellery purchased at Trollbeads physical points of sale cannot be returned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.11. If the Buyer paid for the product with an online store gift voucher, then the gift voucher and other additional amount paid (if it was paid) will be returned. The online store gift voucher is returned to the Buyer by e-mail and the additionally paid amount (if it was paid) is returned by transfer to the Buyer's account, within 1-6 days.

1.12. If the Buyer returns the product purchased with a discount, the amount paid for the product is returned with the valid discount.

1.13. If the returned goods were included in a promotion during which the Buyer received an additional discount, gifts or something else, the Buyer must return it as well.

2. EXCHANGE OF GOODS

2.1. The exchange of goods takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On approval of rules for return and exchange of items".

2.2. The buyer can exchange goods purchased ONLINE OR IN A PHYSICAL STORE:

*On the nearest store of Trollbeads.

*By sending the exchanged item/s, registered mail to the address: UAB Trollbeads Baltics, Partizanų st. 75K, Kaunas, LT-50308.

*By sending the exchanged product/s by courier to the address: UAB Trollbeads Baltics, Partizanų st. 75K, Kaunas, LT-50308.

*By sending the exchanged item/s by pick-up station (Omniva) to the address: Partizanų st. 134, Kaunas LT-55513.

2.3 The return costs of exchanged quality goods are paid by the Buyer.

2.4. In order to change the product(s), the Buyer can do so within 14 days from the day of purchase of the goods (if purchased in a store) or the day of delivery.

2.5. The product to be exchanged must be in a neat package, undamaged, unused, in the same configuration as the Buyer received it, without losing its commercial appearance (intact labels, inspection seals, etc.). When exchanging a product, it is necessary to present the purchase document (invoice) and a completed return form (you can download it here).

2.6. When a defective product is exchanged, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with an analogous product.

2.7. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods exchanged by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with these rules 2.4 - 2.5 the procedure for exchanging goods is established in points or it is determined that the goods are not damaged by the factory.

 

3. FINAL PROVISIONS

3.1. These Goods Return Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

4. WARRANTY

All products purchased on this website and in physical Trollbeads stores are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to improper wear or maintenance. Attention! Keep the purchase receipt so that, if necessary, the product is accepted for warranty repair or replaced with a new one. If the purchase document is not submitted, the warranty does not apply.
